At EnerGym, we are committed to your total satisfaction with our premium sports equipment. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unused, in its original box, and includes all assembly parts and manuals to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Request Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to receive a Return Authorization and instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the equipment and send it back to our main warehouse or drop it off at one of our authorized Energym branches.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
